Shedeur Sanders is not the only Cleveland Browns player who needs to take his foot off the gas pedal a bit.
Browns star defensive lineman Myles Garrett was pulled over early Saturday morning in Strongsville, Ohio, and issued a citation for speeding, according to Nick Camino of WKYC-TV 3 in Cleveland.
Police say Garrett was clocked via radar gun driving 100 mph in a 60 mph zone.

The timing is not ideal, as Sanders also drew negative attention after he was pulled over for speeding in the Cleveland area on two different occasions in June. The rookie quarterback missed a court appearance after receiving the first citation and was allegedly stopped for driving more than 100 mph the day after the scheduled hearing.
At the start of training camp in July, Browns general manager Andrew Berry called Sanders' driving habits "not smart." The GM said he addressed the issue with Sanders and emphasized that it is "not something that we want our guys to be doing."
Garrett, who has 14 sacks in each of the last two seasons, signed a lucrative contract extension with Cleveland in March after he publicly requested a trade. The speeding ticket is the latest chapter in what has been an exciting offseason for Garrett, and not in the ways that the Browns were hoping for.
