Found October 03, 2013 on We Talk Fantasy Sports:
For 3 straight weeks now, I have put up 100+ points and last week I had help from Andrew Luck, Matt Forte and the Seattle Seahawks defense.  How is your season going?Philip Rivers (27.9%) and Sam Bradford (20.8%) are the top 2 QB options this week.  Rivers gets a Raiders defense that has allowed 7 touchdowns and over 1000 passing yards.  Funny thing is that the Chargers are actually the WORST at stopping opposing teams QBs, but Terrelle Pryor (0.3%), coming back from a concussion, is probably not a wise choice.  Bradford has the luxury of facing the Jacksonville Jaguars, who have allowed 9 touchdowns to opposing QBs.  Things could be a lot worse for both defenses but they tend to fall behind early and teams just run the ball down their throats.  I am going to take my chances with Aaron Rodgers (12.9%) coming off a BYE week and going up against the Detroit Lions defense.  This should be a nice high scoring affair with TONS of fantasy points to be had!As mentioned above, this is the week to finally get the Rams RBs in your lineup, EXCEPT they don't even know who they want to be their workhorse as they will work in 4 different backs this week.  LeSean McCoy (30.4%) is a GREAT option this week against the New York Giants, but I used him back on Week 2 when he rushed for just 53 yards on 11 carries but caught 5 passes for 114 yards.  He failed to score in that one against the San Diego Chargers, but did get 16 points.  If you waited this long, this is the week to pick him!  Reggie Bush (22.2%) is the second most popular option and rightfully so as when he plays, he puts up big time numbers and that is why he is one of my RBs this week.  I am also adding Rashad Jennings (4.1%) to my lineup this week as Darren McFadden and Marcel Reece are both likely to NOT play in this one.  Running backs have yet to score a rushing TD against the Chargers, but it can't stay that way forever, right?!Now that I have used all the Denver Broncos WRs I will have to start really picking based on matchups.  Victor Cruz at 34.5% owned is the most popular option, but I am going to hold off on him for the time being.  I will however roll with Josh Gordon against the Buffalo Bills on Thursday Night Football!  The Bills are the leagues worst against opposing WRs (besides the Eagles) and I want to take advantage of Brian Hoyer's Cleveland Browns winning ways while I can!  Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb are the next top choices at 17.7% and 15.5% respectively and I will add to Cobb's percentage as the Bears defensive pressure could force Rodgers into some quick hits to Cobb.  This will also be just the second time this season I pair up a QB with a WR.It seems to easy to pick Jordan Cameron (23.6%) this week, plus I already have a Browns offensive player and one is enough!  I will go with Antonio Gates (18.0%) this week against the Raiders defense and hope you can find the endzone for a third straight week!On the defensive side of the ball, this is the week to take a statistically bad St. Louis Rams defense against the Jacksonville Jaguars.  At 44.0% owned, you will be in good company.  There are not a ton of great matchups out there so this is a great week to use a team you don't want to be forced into towards the back end of the season.  You are on your own as far as kickers go!

Rivers prospering in no-huddle, no-hurry offense

(Eds: APNewsNow. Will be updated. With AP Photos.) By BERNIE WILSON AP Sports Writer It turns out that Philip Rivers didn't need to be fixed after two tough seasons. He just needed to be plopped into the no-huddle, no-hurry offense that rookie coach Mike McCoy and his top assistants drew up. Rivers has thrown for 400 yards twice in four games after doing it three times in his...
