Teams have from February 20 to March 5 to apply the franchise tag to players, if they so choose. Full on-free agency begins on March 13th. The Eagles have 11 unrestricted agents, and 1 restricted free agent on which they must make important decisions in the coming days. We all remember the team’s free agent frenzy last summer. This year calls for more calm, pragmatic decisions. So, who will come back and who will need to pack for the 2012 season? Let’s take a look. Restricted free agent: DT Antonio Dixon: BACK Dixon was lost early in the season with a triceps injury, so there wasn’t much opportunity to see what Dixon could do in 2011.
