According to the National Football Post, the Baltimore Ravens are concerned about their offense after trading away wide receiver Anquan Boldin. From the Ravens’ perspective, losing free agents isn’t the end of the world. But they were hoping to retain Reed. And they are concerned about the loss of Anquan Boldin. They believed Boldin gave their offense a dimension over the middle that could be difficult to replace. The team felt it had no choice but to deal the aging receiver to the 49ers. The Ravens made the right decision to trade Boldin.  I know he was a vital piece to them winning the Super Bowl this past season, but they simply couldn’t afford to keep him around as they look towards building a strong team for the future. At the end of the day Boldin isn’t the receiver he once was and it didn’t make sense for the Ravens to continue to tie up money in him.   Need NFL Tickets? var _CI = _CI || {}; (function() { var script = document.createElement('script'); ref = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; _CI.counter = (_CI.counter) ? _CI.counter + 1 : 1; document.write(''); script.type = 'text/javascript'; var _CI = _CI || {}; (function() { var script = document.createElement('script'); ref = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; _CI.counter = (_CI.counter) ? _CI.counter + 1 : 1; document.write(''); script.type = 'text/javascript'; script.src = 'http://widget.crowdignite.com/widgets/27484?_ci_wid=_CI_widget_'+_CI.counter; script.async = true; ref.parentNode.insertBefore(script, ref); })();

  • Your a moron. Isn't the receiver he once was, he carried that team to the SB, on his old slow tired legs. Made every catch while the young ones were falling all over themselves. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
