The Washington Redskins (6-6) beat the New York Giants 17-16, this Monday night at FedEx Field from Landover, MD.
Robert Griffin III and Alfred Morris killed the Giants once again, and beating them in this go around.
The Giants failed to beat the Redskins which was a golden opportunity for them in order for them to salvage the NFC East.
But the division is tighter than ever as the Giants are one game up now on both the Redskins and Cowboys.
Eli Manning was great all night, except when stupid penaltys and Kevin Gilbride's play calling came into play. He went 20 for 33 with 280 passing yards and threw one TD pass.
Ahmad Bradshaw ran the ball well as he had 24 carries for 103 rushing yards.
David Wilson had 4 carries for 9 rushing yards.
Victor Cruz had his first 100 yard receiving game since week seven against the Redskins believe or it not. He had 5 catches for 104 yards.
Martellus Bennett had his best game of his career catching 5 balls for 82 yards and scored a touchdown.
Hakeem Nicks caught 5 passes for 43 yards.
Lawrence Tynes went 3 for 4 on field goals.
Keith Rivers recovered a fumble and had 4 tackles.
Chase Blackburn had 8 tackles and forced a fumble.
Antrel Rolle had 11 tackles.
The Giants offense had 21 first downs, 390 total yards, went 9 for 15 on 3rd down conversions and scored only 16 points which is no excuse at all.
The Giants defense allowed the Redskins to 20 first downs, 370 total yards (207 rushing), forced one turnover and allowed them to score 17 points to win the game.
Big Blue never makes it easy for themselves at point of the season and they have to get this turn around now or the season will come an halt.
Week 14 (Dec 9th) - The New York Giants (7-5) will host the New Orleans Saints (5-7) this coming Sunday evening in MetLife Stadium at 4:25 pm on Fox (TV) and WFAN (Radio).

The great game that is fantasy football is rarely dull. By that I mean, it’s hard as snit to predict what you’re gonna get from week to week, even when you have the studliest of studs in your lineup. Just ask any person who drafted Aaron Rodgers how the first few weeks of the season felt or a Drew Brees owner if they missed the playoffs when he dropped a 5 INT, 0 TD pass...

Because Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III were the No. 1 and 2 overall picks in the draft, it’s understandable that they’re generating the most hype. But don’t forget the rookie quarterback that everyone doubted that’s playing out in the Pacific Northwest, who’s putting up just as many wins and impressive stats.
Russell Wilson may not have the Olympic-level speed that...
