Found August 27, 2012 on Redskins Hog Heaven:
It's been in the works for a few weeks now, but I think it's safe to tell it. DC Pro Sports Report is moving to the Bloguin Network, joining The Nats Blog, Wizards Extreme, Rock the Red, and yours truly, Redskins Hog Heaven. DCPSR is the go-to site for mock drafts. By tallying a large number of mock drafts by smart people, um, a large number anyway, DCPSR brings a rational guess to a secretive process. No pro GM participates, but I bet they peek for clues to what other teams might do. Call it the wisdom of the crowds. How good is DCPSR? Mark Butterbaugh's December 2, 2011 story was the first to tie Robert Griffin III to the Washington Redskins. In December, most Washington fans had never heard of RG3 and the Redskins still figured to pick sixth in the upcoming Draft. My frustration with Rex Grossman reached its peak on December 4 when he lost yet another fumble that cost the Redskins a game, in this case against the New York Jets. Disgust led Redskins Hog Heaven to po...

For the Redskins, is it 1937 all over again?

After five mostly lackluster seasons in the city of Boston, frustrated pro football club owner George Preston Marshall decided to move his fledgling team, the Redskins, to Washington D.C. Armed with determination and a multi-talented, over-achieving, first round, draft-pick quarterback, Marshall’s team opened their 1937 regular season with high hopes, and a surprising win at [...]

Andrew Luck on the difference between how he and RG3 market themselves

Today at 4 p.m. EST, we’ll see a preseason matchup that pits the first two picks in the 2012 NFL draft against each other for the first time. Colts' Luck and Redskins' Griffin solid in preseason showdown

RGIII Vs. Luck: The future of QB in the NFL

The hype leading up to the RGIII Vs. Who has a better fantasy season in 2012, Robert Griffin III or Andrew Luck?

Who has a better fantasy season in 2012, Robert Griffin III or Andrew Luck? Rizzla: I believe RGIII is destined for a better rookie season from a fantasy standpoint as he will likely rush for a few hundred more yards than Luck, who has some wheels of his own. RGIII also has better weapons around him which will help lend a hand to his fantasy success in 2012. I have both pegged for...

Morris bids to share Redskins backfield with RGIII

Robert Griffin III and Alfred Morris are starting to look like a promising backfield combo for the Washington Redskins, one that might still be in place on opening day. Everyone expected Griffin to be there as the No. 2 overall pick. But Morris was sixth-round selection who was a good bet for the practice squad at the start of preseason. Not anymore. Stash the running back from...

Washington quarterback Robert Griffin III threw for 74 yards a touchdown Saturday in a 30-17 win over the Colts.Fantasy Spin:Griffin III and his wide receivers couldn't get on the same page on deep throws but at least the 22-year-old didn't throw any interceptions. This preseason, RG3 is 20-for-31 with two touchdowns, no interceptions and 193 passing yards.
