Rob Gronkowski isn’t the only Patriots tight end making waves in the news. Aaron Hernandez was questioned by police about a possible homicide in North Attleboro, according to Sports Illustrated’s Pete Thamel and Greg Bedard. Hernandez reportedly spoke with Massachusetts state police on Monday, and they could be interested in searching the tight end’s home. Bedard reports that Hernandez “is not believed to be a murder suspect,” but a car rented in his name could be of interest to investigators. The Attleboro Sun Chronicle claims that police are interested in searching and analyzing the car for fingerprints. A 27-year-old man was found dead less than a mile from Hernandez’s home on Monday in a clearing. The tight end’s representatives declined comment when reached by Sports Illustrated.

Police have not ruled out Patriots tight end as a suspect in a homicide investigation according to WBZ-TV in Boston..
Hernandez is not cooperating with police according to a source to the station. On Tuesday police entered Hernandez’s residence in North Attleboro and later emerged with a box. They also visited the residence on Wednesday but left when no one answered the door.
Sports Illustrated's Greg Bedard went into this a bit in a radio interview with Toucher and Rich. Apparently, Hernandez was involved with some people who involved with gangs in Bristol, CT where he grew up. Obviously, being drafted close to home by the Patriots puts him back close to those same people.

Calm down a little bit after reading that headline. This new bit of news doesn't bring us any closer to drawing any informed conclusions here. Authorities have searched the house, cars, seemingly everything according to reports...

I knew he would come in handy one way or another. Many people were confused when the New England Patriots signed Tim Tebow. There is no room for him, they said. With Tom Brady and Ryan Mallet at quarterback, why do you need Tebow? One word, versatility. Tim Tebow is as versatile as they come. His physical attributes make me think that he could line up at other positions on offense...
