PLAYERS: Jairus Byrd
TEAMS: Buffalo Bills

According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, contract talks between the Buffalo Bills and Jairus Byrd have gone no where, which is why they drafted two safeties this weekend. On the #Bills drafting two safeties: My understanding is the Jairus Byrd negotiations are nowhere. He hasn’t shown for workouts. Backup plan — Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 27, 2013 Byrd is clearly unhappy that the Bills used the franchise tag on him this offseason.  It will be interesting to see how long he holds out.   Need NFL Tickets?
