Browns running back Peyton Hillis is active for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, making his return from a chronic hamstring injury. Hillis missed the last six games with a severely strained left hamstring. He didn't practice last week but was listed as questionable on Friday after he showed improvement.
