The Cleveland Browns may be dropping out of the race for the No. 2 overall pick and highly-touted Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III.According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the Browns are not willing to give up the No. 22 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft – a pick that would be involved in a deal with the St. Louis Rams, who currently hold the second-overall selection in the draft. Cleveland also holds the No. 4 pick in the draft.The Washington Redskins appear to the be the front-runners to strike a deal with the Rams. According to league sources, Washington is willing to part with its high draft picks in order to secure the No. 2 pick from the Rams. The Redskins hold the No. 6 pick in the draft and are reportedly ready to deal their first-round selection for next year as well.Griffin, the 2011-12 Heisman Trophy winner, is expected to be selected No. 2 overall behind Stanford QB Andrew Luck.
