It doesn't appear that Carson Palmer will be making his Oakland Raiders debut this Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs after all. NFL.com reports that Palmer is unlikely to play on Sunday after being acquired from Cincinnati this week, and instead, veteran quarterback Kyle Boller will make the start for Oakland.
