It doesn't appear that Carson Palmer will be making his Oakland Raiders debut this Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs after all. NFL.com reports that Palmer is unlikely to play on Sunday after being acquired from Cincinnati this week, and instead, veteran quarterback Kyle Boller will make the start for Oakland. Raiders coach Hue Jackson told the media that he hasn't yet made a decision regarding the starting QB this week, but the NFL.com report cites league sources that say Palmer is unlikely to play.
