New-england-patriots
A fortuitous sign of things to come or another Bill Belichick classic media tweak? Why not both. The Patriots awarded Rob Gronkowski the black practice jersey, meaning that he was declared the Patriots practice player of the week. The New England Patriots re-tweeted this: Gronk gets awarded the black jersey for being the best practice player of the week. BB and his subtlety. #Patriots Gronk was instrumental in the Patriots' preparation for the Saints, as he was tasked with being the Jimmy Graham of the offense to help the defense prepare for the game last week. It obviously helped as the defense held Graham to zero receptions. Tom Brady praised Gronk after the game for his efforts in practice and the word from Patriot camp is that Gronk has been the best practice player on the team. Play PICK 6 (our Patriots-only fantasy game) HERE It will also lend more speculation to the media about Gronk's status which probably gives Belichick alm...
