Rodney Harrison signed a six-year deal with the Patriots in 2003 after spending his first nine seasons in San Diego. It was the best decision he ever made. Harrison revealed such while speaking recently at The Tradition at TD Garden. He spoke glowingly of coach Bill Belichick the whole time, saying that he knew he wanted to join the Patriots right after meeting Belichick. Harrison also touched on his post-retirement life, as did his wife, who was by his side at the annual event. Check out the video above to hear more. New England Patriots QB Ryan Mallett's former offensive coordinator Paul Petrino had some great things to say about his former QB.
He told Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald that “He’s really down in weight,”... “He looks in great shape. He looks like he’s keeping himself in great shape because he still comes around here quite a bit."
"Obviously, I think...
Just happened to check the Busted Coverage mailbox this afternoon and guess what was waiting for us? Yep, a wedding gift “thank you” note from Mrs. Wes Welker. You might remember how we were the first to report on the Welker online wedding registry. Yes, we bought the couple an avocado tool because it was reasonably priced & the general thought was that Wes would actually...
The debate for NFL expansion rages on as Patriots owner Robert Kraft recently has pushed for a NFL team to post-up in London.
That assumed move would happen after the Los Angeles team is in play.
We respect Mr. Kraft and his business acumen but truthfully there is a lot of land left to be mined here before we head overseas.

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski recently appeared on the show The Choice, which matches celebrities with single women.
It was quite entertaining to see one of the women say: ”You wouldn’t guess by looking at me, but I’m actually still a virgin.”
Rob Gronkowski’s expression was priceless, he looked like he saw a building fall down in front...
Last night, New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski appeared on the new Fox reality dating show, "The Choice" where famous celebrities turn around chairs to find hotties willing to date them.
For those of you wondering, who did Gronk pick? The below video has the answer to your reality query:
The Patriots let BJGE sign with the Bengals (where amazingly he has not committed any felonies, which means he has not assimilated yet...it's early) and that has left them with a competition for carries between second year RBs Stevan Ridley and Shane Vereen. The Boston Herald reports that it "makes sense" for Ridley to be the team's feature back and to take the...
Look, being a New England Patriots fan, this is the bitter, jagged pill to swallow. However, we have to give credit where credit is due. Most of the NFL can make assumptions mainly because their team can’t get anywhere near the Super Bowl, let alone win it. Eli Manning have broken Patriots hearts on two occasions, and that’s enough for us to say: “Give it up will you?”...
According to Curt Nickisch of WBUR, the city of Boston is the using cannons for their fourth of July celebration that were meant to be used for the New England Patriots Super Bowl parade. Of course as we all know, the Patriots ended up losing last season’s Super Bowl, so the cannons were never used.
At least they decided to use them for something else, instead of...
Everybody loves a good milestone, don’t they?
Baseball fans salivate over the hallowed marks of 500 home runs, 300 wins, and 3,000 hits and strikeouts. Hockey fans love to see guys score their 500th goal or their 1,000th point. We all love to see records fall, too. NFL fans knew Dan Marino’s record of 5,084 passing yards off the top of their heads, and plenty still know...
There’s been quite a few additions and moves in the Patriots personnel department this offseason, and some of the connections are pretty familiar; in fact, their family. Let’s take a look at a few:</p>
Mick is the son of the NFL...
Deep down, everybody wants to just take a swing at their rival. After Drake and Chris Brown got into a scuffle over former girlfriend Rihanna in a night club brawl on June 14, one boxing promoter offered to let the two gentleman handle it the professional way: in a ring. It wouldn't be the first time an ill-fated fistfight sparked the sports world. But forget about celebrities...
