New Orleans has decided to activate injured tight end Jimmy Graham for Sunday's game against Buffalo, but has scratched running back Mark Ingram for a fifth straight game because of his injured toe. The Bills have scratched running back C.J. Spiller because of his sprained left ankle and starting linebacker Manny Lawson because of a hamstring pull. Graham injured his left foot at New England on Oct. 13 and had the bye week to rest. He did not practice most of this week. Graham's activation is no guarantee he'll play. Buffalo's scratches include cornerback Justin Rogers, linebacker Ty Powell and guard Antoine McClain. Those deactivated by New Orleans included safety Roman Harper (knee), defensive tackle Tyrunn Walker (knee) and running back Travaris Cadet.

Jason Snelling – Out: Jason Snelling being out would be a great...

Week 8 Fantasy Football Weekend Injury Report: C.J. Spiller (D) and Fred Jackson (P)

We have some good news and we have some bad news on the Buffalo Bills RB injury front, and I think it’s much more good news than bad. First the bad news: C.J. Spiller is officially listed as doubtful to play this week after not practicing at all throughout the week. The good news? Fred Jackson appears to be just fine playing through a mild MCL sprain and is on track to start...

SOURCE: WGR550.comFantasy Spin:Marrone said he will wait to provide an update on Spiller's availability for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, but it doesn't look good at this point. Fred Jackson only had 45 yards on 15 carries Sunday against the Saints, making it four straight...

NFL Draft Diamonds Prospect Interview: Bruce Doyle, OT, Brockport

Bruce Doyle is a small school offensive tackle from Cuba, NY.  Not many people probably know where that is, but several NFL scouts have become familiar with the area. Bruce is a very aggressive pass/run blocker with great speed and technique for Brockport a D-3 school in New York.  An NFL scout told me that […]

Buffalo Bills Week 8 takeaways

The Buffalo front 7 is starting to become one of the best in the league To almost no one’s surprise, the Buffalo Bills tallied another loss to the New Orleans Saints Sunday. The final score was 35-17, but the game was a little closer than the score indicates. Here are a few takeaways from Sunday’s loss. Thad Lewis has been surprisingly competent over the past few weeks, but this...

Bills' Mario Williams on pace for NFL sack record

Mario Williams is enjoying a renaissance season in his second year with the Buffalo Bills. Under new defensive coordinator Mike Pettine, Williams, an eight-year veteran, has moved around the line with success this season. Regrouping Bills excited for unbeaten Chiefs test

Coming off a lopsided loss to New Orleans, coach Doug Marrone and the Buffalo Bills are fired up to kick off the second half of their season by hosting unbeaten Kansas City. ''I'm ready to go,'' said an animated Marrone during Monday's news conference. ''I don't want to miscommunicate that I'm disappointed in our record. I'm disappointed...

Bills Won’t Release Kolb, Injured QB Will Stay On IR

Bills QB Kevin Kolb won’t be coming off IR to play for Buffalo or anyone else this season, ProFootballTalk reported. With the injuries to Sam Bradford in St. Louis and Jay Cutler in Chicago, some wondered if Kolb could be released from IR and given the chance to sign with another team.  That won’t happen. Kolb was placed on IR at the end of August with a concussion.  He wasn’t...

Running style of Bills' Jackson a balancing act

Fred Jackson has been playing on a sprained knee the past month, and it probably has cost him a quarter of a step, if one were to precisely measure his speed. It hasn’t affected Jackson’s production. At age 32, speed is not the key to Jackson’s game, anyway. Balance is the quality that sets Jackson apart from most NFL running backs. Jackson rivals Nik Wallenda in the balance...

Injury report: Spiller, Lawson likely to sit

While the Buffalo Bills' injury report continues to shrink, the amount of impact players that are inactive (or likely to be) seems to stay the same. This week it's running back C.J. Buffalo Bills at New Orleans Saints: Three Bold Predictions

IntroductionWhen the 3-4 Buffalo Bills make their first trip to the Big Easy since 2005 this Sunday, upon reading any of the previews and prognostications, they stand such a small chance of keeping the game within 20 points, they may as well not even show up. However, in today’s NFL, while some teams seem to get better practically overnight, others improve in a slower manner,...

Post Mortem: Buffalo Bills vs New Orleans Saints

That certainly was ugly. No one thought that the Buffalo Bills would head into the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and beat the New Orleans Saints on their own field, but we were all hoping it wouldn’t be that ugly. It was close for a time, but at the end of the first half, the two teams may as well have just stayed in the locker room. The Bills had limited the Saints, who were mostly...

Stephon Gilmore felt like himself without club on hand
