Heading into the NFL Draft, many St. Louis Rams fans had hoped that the franchise would take former Alabama running back and now, current Green Bay Packer Eddie Lacy as a replacement for Stephen Jackson, who has manned the position for the past nine years and is team's all-time leading rusher.
The Rams passed on Lacy on two occasions, but they did select a running back in the fifth round by the name of Zac Stacy (which rhymes with "Lacy"). While the Rams did not select the high-profile name, they did pick a player that many experts feel like has a great prospective career in the NFL.
