It seems like there is one team in constant chaos every NFL season. Last year you had the New York Jets and their whole “Tebowmania” fiasco and the world famous Mark Sanchez “Butt Fumble“. This year, though, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been such a tremendous disaster that the 2012 New York Jets seem like the 1972 Miami Dolphins by comparison. You know things aren’t great for your franchise when you have multiple outbreaks of MRSA at different points throughout the year, but it gets far worse than that for the Bucs.
Now I know what you’re thinking, “But what could possibly be worse than MRSA?” Greg Schiano. Greg Schiano is worse than MRSA.
Signs and symptoms
S. aureus most commonly colonizes the anterior nares (the nostrils). The rest of the respiratory tract, open wounds, intravenouscatheters, and the urinary tract are also potential sites for infection. Healthy individuals may carry MRSA asymptomatically for periods ranging from a few weeks to many years.
