No Guts, No Glory:
The New York Jets have interviewed a slew of individuals for their vacant GM position. But apparently, no one wants the job.
We already know that candidates have been told that they are stuck with Rex Ryan for at least next season, but according to Jay Glazer of Fox Sports that isn’t the issue for some candidates. The issues that are making candidates apprehensive about the job are the Jets horrible cap situation, their horrible quarterback situation, and the circus-like atmosphere around the team.
And because of apprehensions amongst the candidates, Glazer says that the Jets have gone back to a few candidates and begged them to reconsider.
While I think Jets will hire some1 quickly for GM job, they have been getting rebuffed a lot and gone back to some asking them to reconsider

Rex isn’t what GM candidates are concerned with – their cap situation, personnel, QB and the circus turned a lot of candidates off

Jay Glazer reports that the Chargers will interview Denver Broncos OC Mike McCoy on Monday, but adds that the Arizona Cardinals would like bring him back for second interview on Tuesday.
McCoy has been a hot coaching candidate this offseason, so it makes sense that he would be presented with a number of options now that a number of coaching candidates have either signed on with...
According to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports, the New York Jets are having such a hard time finding a new general manager that they can’t even give the job away.
Glazer also reported that the Jets are calling back candidates that have turned them down to see if they will reconsider.
The Jets don’t have enough depth on their roster to contend and don’t have any cap room because of...
According to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports, the Philadelphia Eagles are bringing in Seahawks defensive coordinator Gus Bradley for a second interview on Tuesday, as they continue to figure out who’s going to be their next head coach.
The 46 year-old Bradley has been with the Seahawks since 2009. Before heading to Seattle he worked for the Bucs for a few years.

It is late January and the Jets are lost in a fog with no direction in place for 2013 yet. Don’t fret folks we have been here plenty of times before. Let’s allow it to all play out, or at least wait for the ink on Rex Ryan’s other arm to dry first. Ryan’s next tattoo that includes a franchise player’s number, is where the ultimate answer lies. We all know that.
Being a fan of the New York Jets is no easy task. Along with many other die hard’s, I drag myself to MetLife Stadium and attempt to watch my team hopefully not embarrass itself. Some seasons are easier than others. This was not such a season.
I have lived through many challenging seasons. There were several seasons during my childhood that we could not even give our tickets away...
The 2012 season is over for the New York Jets, and now we look onto the potential 2013 New York Jets roster changes. The Jets will potentially let 23 players fly to other destinations this offseason and it should be interesting to see how Rex Ryan’s increased power this season will affect the roster. The three players the Jets need to make decisions on the most are Shonn Greene...

The Cardinals will bring Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy in for a second interview on Tuesday, as first reported by Jay Glazer of FOX Sports. The opportunity for the interview was made possible when Denver, the AFCs top playoff seed, lost at home to Baltimore on Saturday.

Last weekend, Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy interviewed for head coaching vacancies with Chicago, Philadelphia, and Arizona. The Cardinals now want a second interview (per Jay Glazer) and San Diego has become a top candidate (per Adam Schefter).
McCoy is a very hot candidate and with so much interest, it appears likely that...
The Jets mess as I like to call the New York Jets organizational downfall in 2012, is still hilarious even though we have entered the off-season stage of it all.
After the Jets fired Mike Tannenbaum, it was assumed that shortly after Rex Ryan returned from his vacation there would already be a general manager in place, and the team would prepare for the 2013 season and the changes...
