Sorry we haven’t been on our A game as of late, however there hasn’t been much to report on in Dolphins land. Recent Dolphins buzz includes a tweet from the Arizona QB who tweeted, RT @BrockOsweiler Just landed in Miami...excited about my visit with the Dolphins! For Dolphins fans who don’t know Brock, think Chad Henne but maybe even a little worse. A second round pick would be a complete waste on Brock and would essentially be another slap in the face like previous draft misses such as Chad Henne, Pat White and John Beck. The draft now being only 17 days away has a lot of fans both nervous and excited of what the future hold. Many fans are holding out hope that number 17 Texas A & M QB Ryan Tannehill will be the guy to take over the keys in Miami while others are hoping for Quinton Coples or Michael Flyod or even Justin Blackmon. As we know the Dolphins brass likes to keeps everything under the table and also likes to disappoint so I wouldn’t get my hopes up to fast. This...

Miami Dolphins like Tommy Streeter

In the NFL Draft, teams often find themselves drafting players close to home. This phenomenon is not about it being easier to cultivate local talent, it’s about building a relationship with players.   It just happens to be, that in most cases, college players are more apt to build pipeline relationships with teams close to [...]

Can The Miami Dolphins Win Without a Quarterback in 2012?

The Miami Dolphins have had issues at the quarterback position ever since Dan Marino retired. Chad Pennington had a good year for them and Jay Fiedler wasn't terrible, however it stops there. After being released by the Dolphins, Bell has reportedly been courted by the New England Patriots and New York Jets, as well as the Philadelphia Eagles. While the Jets signed LaRon Landry...

As if the Miami Dolphins don’t have enough problems, their top defensive player Cameron Wake is holding out for a new contract. Wake, a former CFL star turned NFL beast, isn’t happy with his contract and wants to get paid. Wake is a steal at $650,000 and he knows it. Don’t count on him to think being in the NFL is enough; he has shown he belongs in the elite pass rushing...
