Former Detroit Lions wide receiver Titus Young was arrested for the third time in less than a week, this time for fighting with police after allegedly being caught breaking into a home.
According to Josh Katzenstein of The Detroit News, Young was arrested around 11:30 p.m. Friday night for allegedly breaking into a home in San Clemente, Calif. Young allegedly fled the house on foot after police arrived and then fought with them after a brief pursuit.
Young was charged with assaulting a police officer, burglary, and resisting arrest. Katzenstein says the former Lions second-round pick was still in custody as of Sunday afternoon with bail set at $75,000.

The first time was for suspicion of DUI, while the second was for trying to steal his impounded car out of the lot. He looks significantly angrier in this mug shot compared to his last two.

I started this column by picking four teams whose drafts I wanted to critique, just as in the last two posts, but as I began writing, I started to include off-season moves and recent drafts for context, and I began to notice that these organizations all seem to have some systemic problems.
I try to examine why. Not surprisingly, I think in many cases it goes back to the owners. Poor...
