5. Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders
The Raiders were a top team to beat for years, they have a regular season record of 426-351-11 and they looked good last year until Jason Campbell went down; and much respect to the late Al Davis. Davis was probably one of the most inspiring owners in NFL history, and it all started with one simple "Just Win, Baby," and from then on, they were a dynasty. The Oakland Raiders have only won 2 Super Bowls, however the Los Angeles Raiders have won one.  The Raiders have the most die-hard fans in the NFL in my opinion and I don't think it's ever changing. There is one team you will always remember -  the Raiders - and one person you will never forget is Al Davis.

3. Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys are not "America's Team" like some think, but indeed they used to be pretty dang good. Emmitt Smith, Michael Irvin and Troy Aikman were all involved in one of the first official dynasties, Along with the nasty Cowboys' defense, the club has posted a regular season record 448-332 -6, which is pretty good - but not worthy of above 3 on this list. They have 5 Super Bowl rings and 8 Super Bowl appearances, which is pretty good also, and I can see someone giving me an argument for the Dallas Cowboys being the best franchise of all time

2-T. Green Bay Packers
They have had the most NFL Titles of any teams in history, and they would be higher, but with 679-525-36  (which is pretty good), they deserve to be higher -- just hear me out on the rest of this list. They are also a whopping 29-17 in the playoffs, winning the Super Bowl in the 2010 season. They have had arguably the greatest quarterback in Brett Favre and he won one Super Bowl with the Packers. The Packers are Inconsistent in their seasons so we will see what's in store next season.

2-T. Pittsburgh Steelers
( In the NFL's "modern era" (since the AFL-NFL merger in 1970) the Steelers have posted the best record in the league. The franchise has won the most total games, won the most divisional titles, earned the best winning percentage (including every expansion team), earned the most All-Pro nominations and has the most Super Bowl wins (six) since the modern game started in 1970. It is 2nd overall in playoff wins and tied with the Miami Dolphins for most regular season wins, and Super Bowl rings are more valuable than NFL Titles and although they are getting old, they will always be a great win under any teams' belt.

1. San Francisco 49ers
522-423-15  in regular season, 5-0 in Super Bowls and 27-19 in the playoffs all together. The 49ers are arguably the greatest franchise of all time, and believe that this list was hard to make and hard to decide, that is why there are two ties on the list. Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, Ricky Watters and Deion Sanders on the same team? THAT'S what you call a Dream Team, and nobody can deny that. Joe Montana is arguably the greatest player of all time, next to Jerry Rice. Nobody is gonna stop the 49ers from being the greatest franchise of all time, but they are tied, so let's see the other contestant for the No. 1 spot and you decide who is the best.
