Found November 15, 2013 on Puck Drunk Love:
Apparently other teams are sniffing around the Winnipeg Jets' best player, Evander Kane. Recent hub bubs regarding Kane being a "healthy scratch" against the Chicago Blackhawks last week have apparently led to rumors that Kane is unhappy playing under coach Claude Noel. As you may remember, Alex Burmistrov had well-known differences with the coach, and he is currently in the KHL. That's not an option for Kane (his KHL team even sent him home for not "being able to adapt" to KHL play), so the natural next option would be to get him out of Winnipeg. According to The Fourth Period, other teams have called to inquire about Kane.  It would take the Jets a significant offer to part with Kane, who reportedly hasn't seen eye-to-eye with Noel for some time, but the team is believed to be willing to listen, in the event a package comes across their table that is too good to pass up. No one's untouchable when you're the second to last...

Dustin Byfuglien Unleashes On-Ice Shimmy After Scoring Second Goal of Night Against Flyers (GIF)

Dustin Byfuglien came to play and he came to dance on Friday night. The big defenseman led the charge offensively, netting two power-play goals to lead the Jets past the Flyers 3-2 in a shootout win, but it was his moves after the goals that truly deserve a spot on the scoresheet. After a slow start to the season, Winnipeg has been on a bit of a hot streak as of late, winning four...

Multiple sources are reporting that the Winnipeg Jets will be without the services of Zach Bogosian for the foreseeable future. Injury to Bogosian forces Noel to make changes

Winnipeg Jets head coach Claude Noel has been inclined not to fix what isn’t broken through his club’s current four-game wining streak. But after sending out the identical lineup for each of his team’s four most recent wins, Noel has no option but to make changes for Sunday night’s clash with the Minnesota Wild because of a lower body injury to Zach Bogosian. Noel told...

Peter Tessier: Un-Official Guide: Claude Noel-isms

The definitive guide to #Noelspeak If there is one thing that distinguishes Claude Noel from his coaching counterparts it’s his speaking, phrases and personal slang. While others in the NHL are looked at as great quotes and personalities, think Tortorella, Burke, Sutter, Carlyle, Boudreau and more, the Winnipeg Jets coach is hardly noted outside Winnipeg for his â€...
