When your hockey off-season work-out begins with a Shake Weight session, it shouldn’t surprise anybody when your team ends up dead last in the NHL.

Apparently James found this worthless piece of exercise equipment when hanging out in the basement of fellow NHLer Jody Shelley’s house. With this off-season routine, the Blue Jackets are doomed to another season agony.
