By Mitch Cole (@DirtyWaterBuzz) Getty Images In an attempt to stave off elimination and force a Game 7, the Boston Bruins came out flying to start Game 6. From the first puck drop, the Bruins controlled play. They dominated puck possession, won the faceoffs, and jumped out to an early lead on a Chris Kelly goal. It lasted throughout the period, but Jonathan Toews scored a short handed goal in the second period to tie the game at one. Both teams fought poor ice conditions throughout the remainder of the second period and through the majority of the third period. The TD Garden went insane late in the third period. Milan Lucic scored to put the Bruins up 2-1 right in front of Corey Crawford, and the Bruins had all the momentum in the world. There was a problem, though: The Bruins didn’t keep the right mindset afterwards. The Bruins decided to try and prevent a Chicago goal, when instead they should have been pressing for another goal of their own. It came back to haunt the Bruins in dr...

A.B. Sure it would have been nice for the Boston Bruins to win the actual Stanley Cup, but when you have Creepy Stanley Cup Tin Man walking around the TD Garden, how can you complain – right? And although Creepy Stanley Cup Tin Man isn’t as weird as the human statues in Faneuil Hall, I still don’t want him putting his jinx-y hands all over the Bobby Orr statue. That game last...

Most of them have been deemed hockey hits, just like the hit that Brown put on Toews in the...
