South Boston gangster Whitey Bulger at least won something after being convicted on multiple counts of murder and racketeering in a Boston courtroom Monday, reports Chris Peters of CBSSports.com. He’ll have to fork over $822,000 in cash, guns, knives and other personal items, but the judge decided he can keep his precious 1986 Montreal Canadiens Stanley Cup ring.
When police finally tracked down Whitey Bulger in 2011, they found, $821,799.49 in the infamous Boston gangster's Santa Monica, Calif., apartment.
