David Desharnais is playing between Thomas Vanek and Max Pacioretty making him a solid fantasy play this week. The Canadiens also have four games during Week 22 (Photo by Richard Wolowicz/Getty Images) David Desharnais (MON – C) 14% Desharnais has two goals and two assists over his last three games and all of a sudden the small center has two big snipers on his line. Desharnais has had fantastic chemistry with Max Pacioretty for most of the season, now Desharnais has Thomas Vanek to set up. It hasn’t come so far for Vanek with only one assist in five games as a Hab, but he has fired 11 shots on goal over his last two games while being a member of the Canadiens top line. It’s only a matter of time right? Desharnais benefits big time!

Evgeny Kuznetsov (WSH, C) – 12% We featured Kuznetsov in the locker room this past week and the following night he had a 3 point night. The Capitals have three tough road games this week, all in California so it’s a tough week for the rook’, but if you are in a keepers league, he should be added to your team. Kuznetsov is also getting some powerplay time and making good of the opportunities as he dished out an assists in Sunday’s 4-2 against the Maple Leafs.   Mikael Granlund (MIN, C) – 11% As I mentioned earlier, the Wild play five times this week. A tough matchup Monday night in Boston, but they get the Islanders the very next night and end a three game road trip in New Jersey Thursday. They finish the week with a home and home against the Red Wings. Granlund has three points in his last three games and is playing on the team’s top line with Parise and Pominville. As I wrote before, when together that line is one of the best in the NHL, producing 33 points in 11 games.   Carl Soderberg (BOS – C/LW) 11% Four games this week for Soderberg and the Bruins. Soderberg is enjoying a decent season with 12 goals and 38 points (10 ppp) in 59 games. He’s been hot of late with three goals and seven points over his last eight games. Soderberg also has 20 shots over that span.   Alexandre Burrows (VAN – LW/RW) 10% Burrows has been a huge disappointment this season, so much so that he has three goals in 38 games. It took until game 36 for Burrows to get his first goal, which was just last week! He scored two goals in that game against the Jets and now has three goals and five points over his last three. Burrows had five straight 25 plus goal seasons before the lockout last season; we know he can score. Let’s see if this recent streak can get Burrows going.   Martin Havlat (SJ – RW) – 3%  Need some goal scoring? Havlat is a walking band-aid, but has three goals and four points over his last five games so he is worth a look. Get him now while he is hot! Havlat is as skilled as they come and the Sharks can score, look for him to get some powerplay time.
