Duncan Keith has been suspended five games for his elbow on Daniel Sedin during the first period of Wednesday's game between the Canucks and Blackhawks. The hit occurred 13:36 into the game and Keith was given a minor penalty for for elbowing. Daniel Sedin is now out indefinitely with a head injury. The injury could not come at a worse time for the Canucks as the playoffs are around the corner."We respect the league's decision and move forward from this point on and try to renew a playoff position and secure the highest seeding possible," said Gilman. "That being said, our priority, obviously, is Daniel's health and well-being."A five game suspension seems pretty fair for Keith. Following the hit, Keith said, "I'm not trying to hurt anybody.
