Found January 21, 2012 on The Hockey Program:
There are not many that have the guts to take this one on but at The Program, we do.  Yes Scott Gomez even failed to score in the shootout. Fantasy wise Gomez has sunk to new lows since his last goal on February 5th, 2011.  That being said, the Montreal Canadiens have either hit rock bottom or are damn close to doing so.  Fantasy wise, aside from their top line, where do you go for fantasy shelter?  That becomes every Fantasy GM's worst nightmare. Earlier this week, we wrote about some Montreal bars that offer free shots every time Scott Gomez scores a goal for the Montreal Canadiens. Scott Gomez’s inability to score a goal depriving Montreal fans of free booze

The Montreal Canadiens were shut out by the Washington Capitals on Wednesday night, which means center Scott Gomez had now played 16 games this season without scoring a goal; meanwhile, there are 613 skaters that have at least one goal in the NHL during 2011-12. Overall, he hasn't hit the back of the net since Feb. 5, 2011. All of this is leaving some Habs fans quite thirsty...

Montreal blows another one

The Canadiens blew a 4-2 lead Friday night, losing 5-4 in a shootout to Piitsburgh. The Habs have now won 1 of 8 shootouts, and scored 4 goals in them. But who’s counting? Many will blame PK Subban for this loss, pegging him for the Dustin Jeffrey goal that started the comeback. I think that’s bunk. Scott Gomez was out of position, and the rest of the team basically stopped...
