Jesper Fast scored a goal in his Whale debut and Chris Kreider had two assists as Connecticut defeated Springfield 4-3, last night. Here's video of the goal... ...the kid has been touted as a goal scorer and that was a sweet snipe. Got to be excited about this kid's future. Although, you have to wonder if his future could be now if he lights it up with the Whale. ...loved the assist from Kreider. If he can add a little play making to his game it'll make him that much more effective in the NHL. ...btw, how about those moves by Bickel gaining the zone before the goal? Who knew?
