Still no NHL schedule today and the natives are getting restless. News of the Isles signing 24-year-old Thomas Hickey to a 2-year, one-way contract hit this afternoon to little response. It's a decent contract for a developing hockey player. Nothing major, but it shows they have the confidence in his possibility for development to keep it on the NHL level. Newsday reported...
