Ottawa Senators (7-4-2) @ Pittsburgh Penguins (8-5-0) ROOT, TSN, 7:00 pm/et Consol Energy Center - Pittsburgh, PA The Pens are tied in points with the Senators (and the Leafs) and now three points behind the Devils for top spot in the Atlantic Division/Eastern Conference. Letang and Niskanen have been activated so they could be back tonight. If you missed it, Tangradi was traded.  Season Series: 1-0-0 Last meeting that counted: January 27, 2013. Penguins won 2-1. What we said in our recap: So, this game was sloppier than a poop sandwich. The most impressive thing was the performance of the Pens' team defense, compounded by the fact that they only played with five D for most of the game. They blocked unlimited shots and got goal-saving plays from Letang and Engo. The offense is still somewhat of a disaster. Aside from Crosby, Malkin, and Neal, no one is doing anything on the top lines to merit someone saying, "That there is a top-six forward." The powerplay is really embarrassing, and that can be summed up in one sentence: James Neal is taking slapshots from the point. What should we chalk up to rust? When do we cross the line from rust into effectiveness/ineffectiveness? No clue. Know Your Enemy: The 6th Sens What they're saying: Is it some sign that the Sens are aiming big and taking aim at one of Anaheim’s big name tickets like a Corey Perry, a Ryan Getzlaf or a Bobby Ryan? Or perhaps it’s indicative of Bryan Murray revisiting a player like Andrew Cogliano – someone who was involved in a reported trade package with Edmonton that Dany Heatley infamously vetoed. Who knows? Pittsburgh Penguins Lines: Kunitz - Crosby - Dupuis Boychuk - Malkin - Neal Cooke - Sutter - Kennedy Glass - Jeffrey - Adams Orpik - Martin Engelland - Bortuzzo Engelland - ??? Fleury Ottawa Senators Lines: Michalek - Zibanejad - Alfredsson Greening - Turris - Silfverberg Condra - Smith - Neil Daugavins - Da Costa - O'Brien Methot - Karlsson Lundin- Gonchar Phillips - Benoit Anderson Lines via Daily Faceoff. No idea if Letang or Niskanen will be back or where they'll play. Do It. Go Pens.
