Edmonton Oilers center Sam Gagner scored a goal from behind the net, thanks to a couple of lucky bounces, during the third period of Sunday night's game against the Minnesota Wild.
Wild forward Mikko Koivu was trying to clear the puck from behind his net, but the puck bounced off Gagner's skate in front of the net, then bounced off Wild defenseman Ryan Suter's stick and into the net.
The goal didn't cost the Wild as they scored a power play goal a couple of minutes later and won the game 4-2.

The puck caromed off his skate and started fluttering in the air towards Suter. Suter instinctively...
The Edmonton Oilers aren’t exactly hard to play against, and that certainly isn’t anything you haven’t heard before.
While the Oilers have tried to improve team toughness through the trade for Mark Fistric from the Dallas Stars, the team needs a power forward more. The addition of Mike Brown, acquired in a trade with the Toronto Maple Leafs for a conditional 2014 draft...

Toronto Maple Leafs winger Mike Brown has been traded to the Edmonton Oilers for a fourth-round pick. The Edmonton Oilers just got a hell of a lot harder to play against. The acquisition of Mike Brown was a really smart decision for the Edmonton Oilers, by all accounts, Brown is a character guy that plays with a chip on his shoulder every shift. Brown, 27, played in 12 games for...
