According to multiple reports, New Jersey Devils' forward prospects Stefan Matteau and Blake Pietila have been named to Team USA's World Junior preliminary roster.
Matteau, 18, has 14 goals, 23 points, 54PIMs and a plus-14 ratings in the BLB Armada in his first year in the QMJHL. If Matteau makes the roster, it is expected he will play on the third or fourth line in a checking role.
