The history between the Phoenix Coyotes and Winnipeg Jets is very confusing, obviously.
The blurred lines will overlap substantially tonight as the “new” Winnipeg Jets play at the home where the real Jets’ team tradition lives on.

That’s 1,400 miles south in Jobing.com Arena in Glendale, Ariz., home of the Coyotes.
While the Atlanta Thrashers-turned Jets raised concerns over retired numbers from the likes of Dale Hawerchuk (10), Thomas Steen (25), Bobby Hull (9), while that number also belongs to Evander Kane.
Not only that, but every record and retired number is held in Jobing.com arena, not Winnipeg or MTS Centre, where Manitobians proudly wave their re-amped Jets flags.
And those retired numbers are held in a sacred Ring of Honor, which Hull’s number stays.
Regardless, however, it’s expected that the Jets fan base has landed in the desert to pack Jobing.c...
