Lightning D Ohlund undergoes surgery on both knees
Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Mattias Ohlund underwent arthroscopic surgery on both of his knees Tuesday.
There was no immediate timetable for how long the 35-year-old Swede would be sidelined.
Ohlund has collected 93 goals and 250 assists in 909 career NHL games with the Vancouver Canucks and Lightning.

Former Canuck Ohlund signs 7-year deal
Free agent defenseman Mattias Ohlund has signed with the Tampa Bay Lightning.
The 32-year-old native of Sweden has played in 770 games over the past 11 NHL seasons, all with the Vancouver Canucks. He is the Canucks' career leader in goals by a defenseman and was an All-Star during the 1998-99 season.
