The past is coming back, and biting VH1 "Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada, who is set to get married to NFL star Chad Ochocinco this upcoming summer, in the ass, as it's being reported that bankruptcy trustee is SUING the reality star for spending her former NBA star fiancee's money.

According to TMZ, Lozada is being accused by the trustee of helping to BLOW former NBA All Star Antoine Walker's nearly $110 million fortune he made during his time in the NBA. His mega empire also included endorsement and other deals, which all WENT AWAY, as he filed for bankruptcy last year.

It's being reported that the trustee, who is overseeing Walker's bankruptcy, isn't happy with Lozada. In documents, it appears that Walker gave Lozada $560,000 when he ALREADY KNEW he would owe creditors, an attempt to hide money from the creditors.

If Lozada did indeed take part in the crime, then the transfer of money would be consider fraudulent. Also, Lozada would HAVE TO PAY THE MONEY BACK to the trustee, as Walker owes over $4 million to creditors.

The trustee says that the $560,000 that was "given" to Lozada was used, by Lozada, to open her Miami shoe store Dulce, which has been featured on VH1's "Basketball Wives".

Both Lozada and Walker claim that the $560,000 wasn't used by Lozada to open her shoe store, but instead says that the money, to open the store, came from Lozada selling her engagement ring.
