At the beginning of June, only the most hard core of soccer enthusiasts knew who Hope Solo was, and pretty much no one would have considered Alex Morgan a celebrity. Today, after a magical run to the U.S. Women’s World Cup title game, both are pretty much rockstars. The outspoken goaltender, and the sweet-talking striker became international phenomenons due to their high athletic ability, and extreme hotness. Back in June, TSB hit the 2,000,000 pageviews mark. Needless to say, we went from 2 mil to 3 mil a HELLUVA lot faster than we went from 1 to 2 million. And as you’ll see below, the “Solo-Morgan Bump” is a major reason why. So let’s look back at what those two USWNT stars have accomplished this past summer.
