New Roma coach Rudi Garcia says the job holds no fears for him following his arrival at the club. The 49-year-old, who guided Lille to the French title in 2011, was named as Roma's permanent successor to Zdenek Zeman, who was sacked last February. Roma failed to qualify for Europe under Zeman's interim replacement, Aurelio Andreazzoli, then lost the Coppa Italia final to arch-rivals Lazio. "I'm here to enjoy it and I fear nothing," declared Garcia. "I've sent a text message to the players to say I'll talk with each of them and that we will work hard. "I'm sorry not to be playing in Europe, but the good thing is that we won't play every three days. We will try to make it back into Europe next season." The Frenchman also declared he would be relying on the experience of midfielder Daniele De Rossi and striker Francesco Totti. "We need talented players and luckily we have them. Totti and De Rossi are important players who will have a role on and off the pitch."
