PLAYERS: Daniel Cormier
Welp, that was quick, and that went EXACTLY as expected. After weeks of crap talk, shoves, accusations, taunts… Daniel Cormier rocked Cummins with a brutal uppercut, dominated him physically in the clinch, then bullied him like he meant absolutely nothing to him, ultimately finishing the late-replacement for Rashad Evans in a matter of seconds. It wasn’t great for Cummins. Still, he sold the fight, and Cormier did what he had to do and dominated the fight, so it’s still kind of a win-win except for the nearly 35-year-old Cormier, who still likely needs another win at light heavyweight to get a shot a Bones’ belt, but that works out with Teixeira and glover still in his way. Pops to Zprophet for the .gif!   Daniel Cormier backs up all of the talk and destroys Cummins as expected originally appeared on Fighthub TV on February 22, 2014.
