Former Chelsea manager Ruud Gullit has called for the ultimate decision over whether Chelsea build a new stadium to be made by the fans of the club. The Dutchman both played and managed at Stamford Bridge in the mid-to-late 1990’s and led the side to their first glory for 26 years when Chelsea won the 1997 FA Cup against Middlesbrough.
