"We know it was important for us to get something to make it into the next round so I'm happy we pulled it off in the end," Jones told ITV4. "Kiev are a very good team and they've been playing in Europe for years and years but we were at home. We went 1-0 down but have a never-say-die attitude and we came out in the second half and got the goal." Jones believes the Potters can be proud of their performance in continental competition this season. "It's our first time in Europe and we've done well," he said. "No one expected us to do this well and we've turned a few heads and top the group."
