Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is adamant that his team are still in the title race after his side narrowed the gap at the top of the Premier League table with a 1-0 victory at Aston Villa. Carlos Tevez's goal late in the first half was enough to give City victory at Villa Park on Monday to leave Mancini's side 12 points behind leaders Manchester United. United remain firm favourites with 10 games to go but Mancini wants his players to keep winning games in hope of pulling off a repeat of last season's late run to the title. "We did a good performance and it was difficult," the Italian told Sky Sports. "For us it was important to stay 12 behind United, with 10 games left you never say never. PSG had already seen Zlatan Ibrahimovic...

Brown calls for fans' backing

Manchester City Pablo Zabaleta believes team-mate Carlos Tevez has shown he is as good as ever this season. Tevez's City career looked to be over after a fall-out with coach Roberto Mancini saw him go AWOL for three months of the club's Premier League title-winning campaign. But the Argentine forward has returned to play an important role this season, scoring at Aston Villa...
