PSG coach Galtier announces Messi leaving

PSG coach Christophe Galtier has announced Lionel Messi will play his final game for the club on Saturday against Clermont.

Off contract in June, Messi is wanted back at Barcelona and talks have also been held with Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia.

At today's pre-match presser, Galtier confirmed Messi will leave after the final round of this season's Ligue 1.

"I had the privilege of coaching the best player in the history of football," said Galtier.

"This will be his last match at the Parc des Princes and I hope that he will receive the warmest of welcomes."
