Found July 10, 2012 on Holdout Sports:

On Monday before the opening soccer match of the season in the Russian second division between Yenisey Krasnoyarsk and Shinnik Yaroslavl, a video cameraman was walking out towards the field to capture the two teams lined up together for the national anthem. However, things began to go awry when the national anthem began before the cameraman was in position. The cameraman began to rush towards the field and, as fate would have it, tripped on the grass and stumbled onto the ground.

The faceplant triggered the laughter from fans and even a few of the players, but the situation became a little less funny when the cameraman was apparently unable to get up on his own, adding insult to injury. Medical staffers brought out a stretcher to carry the man off the field and a backup cameraman prepared himself to take over film duties - all while the national anthem continued to play.

We have no information on the cameraman, but in all seriousness, we do hope that this man is OK.
