Tennis pro Maria Sharapova is chasing the No. 1 ranking in the world at the Madrid Open, but this photo shoot for Esquire Mexico shows off a different side to the four-time Grand Slam winner.
“I don’t want to think about it (the No 1 ranking) too much,” Sharapova said. “It depends also on the other players. I can (only) control what is in my hands and try not to worry about it too much.”

The nude swimsuit looks like something from American Apparel and does nothing to flatter her skin tone. What worse is how different Maria looks.
