Tennis had a real strong couple of weeks thanks to the 2012 U.S. Open. There was quality tennis on the court, and some terrific story lines off it. Obviously the retirements of both Kim Clijsters and Andy Roddick were huge parts of this years tournament, but by no means was the competition compromised.

This morning we can look back at the U.S. Open with the tournament over and all the winners decided. We’ve compiled some of the best videos from the tournament.

5.) Sam Stosur Getting Her Groove On

It’s no Gael Monfils, but it’s not a bad effort by Sam here. I’ll give her a B-.

4.) The Celebrity Match featuring Adam Sandler and Kevin James

I mean it’s ugly, but it’s not bad right? At least some of the shots by James and Sandler were going in. Pretty funny.

3.) The Greatest Fan Fail of the Tournament

May be the highlight of the tournament… in terms of fails.

2.) Kim Clijsters Says Goodbye

I didn’t know too much about Kim Clijsters before this tournament. I’m glad I had a chance to watch her in action and hear her speak. She is truly a class act. No wonder she was so popular in the locker room.
