Just in case you weren’t aware, I feel like I should let you know a former University of Louisville basketball star has led their team to a third league final in four years. Olympic gold medalist Angel McCoughtry and the Atlanta Dream The Indiana Fever in two straight games to advance to the WNBA finals over the weekend. Angel and the Dream haven’t won the WBNA finals in their past two appearances, but this feels like the year they get over the hump and win the WNBA championship. Angel and the Dream made short work of the Fever in the elimination game handling them 67-53.  Angel led her team in scoring with 28 points and in assists with three.  The Dream played an overall good defensive game with four players including McCoughtry blocking two shots each. Angel also led the team with three steals as the Olympian reminded everyone why she is one of the best all-around womens basketball players in the world.
