This was the best free tv WWE match, since the Attitude Era. This match was a gem. The crowd was into the match from start to finish. The submission counters, would make the most jaded Ring of Honor fan proud. The last part of the match was very relatable to an Undertaker Wrestlemania match. I was convinced Cena was gonna win (as I am with Undertaker at Wrestlemania) but several times throughout the end of that match, I “marked out” and thought Punk was actually gonna get the win. John Cena looks like a completely different wrestler in there with Punk. Those two have great ring chemistry together. I’d much rather see this match again headlining Wrestlemania, than The Rock vs Cena. Hate: That “Once in a lifetime” will happen for the 2nd time in as many years.
