With “Iron” Mike Tyson serving as a special enforcer at WrestleMania XIV, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin defeated Shawn Michaels by pinfall to capture the championship 15 years ago this Friday on March 29, 1998. Apparently battling D-Generation X, Michaels and the 5-foot-10, 218 pound Tyson, a 33-year-old Austin faced stiff odds at the FleetCenter in Boston, Massachusetts.
