No word yet on why he didn't appear. The plan was for Flair to work last night's RAW, tonight's SmackDown tapings from Sacramento and then fly to Japan to work for All Japan Pro Wrestling. It's possible they changed plans and didn't want Flair there just to be in the corner of The Miz for his Beat the Clock loss to Dolph Ziggler.
