Welcome to the WWE Survivor Series Preview. There are five announced matches on the show plus a match on the pre-show to make it six.I think it’s very likely that a match or two will be added because only five matches on the show are not enough. I think it’s likely that Rey Mysterio, Sin Cara and the Primetime Players will be on the card in some capacity although it might be more than just a straight up tag match. It would have been cool if they announced a second 5 on 5 match as opposed to just the one.The announce team for the show will be Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield. I think it will be a good mix because JBL will support the heels, Lawler will support the faces and Cole will be the middle man. They should work well together.Joining me for this preview are TJRWrestling’s Andrew Johnson and Christian Michael. Andrew covers Smackdown for the site, Christian covers Main Event for the site and together when they find the time they write the mid-week Raw Takes...

The Sooner We Get Away From Shurmur and The Big Show, the Better

Can it get any worse here in Cleveland? I was watching another vintage Pat Shurmur-led debacle in Dallas, and all I could do is sit back and laugh. Seriously, how can you even get yourself worked up over this stuff anymore? Every week the Browns hang around just long enough to keep you interested, then fall off a cliff in the end. Spare me the “at least we are competitive” bit...

Smackdown 11/16/12: Buyrates are important, I’m told.

With Survivor Series only days away, this would be the WWE’s last ditch effort to squeeze the buy rate juice out of it’s viewers… too bad many people have stopped watching Smackdown. Why you may ask? Perhaps because it has lately been a rehash of RAW matches from the previous Monday, or the same ones to follow on the next Monday. And tonight we get THREE non-title matches...
